Yes! When I stopped training for looks and started training for performance (and started eating enough calories to train hard), not having super defined muscles was a tough hurdle to get over. Abs do not equal health or athleticism.

When I saw twitter "socialists" start to turn on AOC for some dumb reason is when I realized that a majority of the online far left is made up of silly babies who love to play the victim and are just puritanical christians with a slightly different value set.
