I think my favorite (derogatory) part of the article itself is acting as if explicit sex hasn't ALWAYS been in bookstores everywhere. It's just that women used to Know Their Place and stick to the back corners for their bodice rippers instead of infecting fantasy with their sex cooties lol

I once met a man named Jacob. He was in his seventies, a small man, stooped and bent, who looked much older than he was. He was kind and gracious, and was used to people being put off by his posture and size. His story of how he ended up like that is informative. 1/
