An opinion: When feeling the intensity of a moment pushing us to move or to be still - Consider the aftermath to our action or inaction- it’s a powerful perspective changer- it’s hard to hit pause- sometimes we won’t- but, more we train ourselves- more power to our self respect.

An opinion: You know what the best stress release is? Being in control of your own impulses - I read somewhere: “Self discipline is the highest form of self love.” When our minds are screaming at us what we need most in a moment- gotta step back- hit pause- breathe- think deeper.

May we pause before vocalizing- Let us harbor love in our hearts not hatred - and when we must have hatred justifiably, may we redirect and repurpose that energy utilizing it for what is productive and not destructive- may we be a source of healing in our hurting chaotic world - pray for peace🙏💔🌍
