Nothing had made me want to go live in a cabin in the woods more than having to vonstantly work with so much technology.
Literally nothing has changed, I'm just feeling so damn burnt out between school, work, and personal projects.
This semester can't end soon enough.

There’s been a nice overall whimsy that has shown up. The frog is amazing. We had a bunch of other inflatable people here last night, too. I saw people playing Twister the other day.
What they rely on is fear. So by coming out in an absurdist manner, it speaks to them, to some extent, that we’re actually not that afraid.
It also dismantles their narrative a little bit. It's morbidly funny to me that so many AI-oriented startups have a business model that encourages their users to have a parasocial relationship with their product, and dissapointing that a large portion of gen-z don't seem to notice nor care.

Finally took the time to turn my old Windows spanned volume into an LV. Hopefully it results in some performance gains, but at the very least, it's nice to not have to wrestle with NTFS anymore.

It's usually much easier to get someone who's tech illiterate to compromise their account and pivot from there than to do a frontal attack on a server.

Something silly I noticed recently is that disabling youtube watch history disables the home feed, but does not prevent YT from recommending videos outside of subs after other videos.
So they purposefully disable one method of accessing a feature when you disable watch history

I honestly find it wild that Americans talk about the trade war like it's a noble thing - applauding the blows that the US gives, and becoming indignant about the countries who respond in kind - all while the prices of basic goods and now electricity is increasing for everyone.
