After rolling credits on ZA, I’m excited for the DLC coming in February. I know there is plenty to do during the post game but to know there will be even more in a few months feels good. In the past, we’d wait years for sequels but now we get more almost immediately.

Between launch and holidays, the Switch 2 will have Mario Kart, Donkey Kong, Pokemon, Metroid. That’s an incredible lineup, without factoring in 3d party and backwards compatibility. Those complaining about the price can play the latter two games on the Switch and the SW2 is cheaper than PS5.

I don’t understand the complaints about graphics for Pokemon ZA. The lack of voice acting does detract from the story a bit but the graphics don’t matter, it’s all about gameplay and the gameplay rocks. Maybe it’s just me but I’ll I need are GameCube level graphics.

The tutorial for ZA is rough. It feels right for a young kid that’s never played pokemon but I found it long and overly restrictive. I haven’t played a pokemon game since yellow but within a few minutes I was ready to kick off the training wheels. There should be an option to skip it.
