i honestly don't know much about the specifics of what this guy said and it could not matter less. the government does not have the right to do this to him. this has to be opposed vigorously. ignore anyone who tries to loop you into a discussion of the ethics of statement this guy made. immaterial.
Those who know me know I was highly critical of what I saw as some of the rhetorical excesses of the campus protests. Khalil and I wld probably get into a spat immediately. It's all the more important for people who believe as I do to say clearly, the protections of the law are for everyone.

Two new encounters with Biggs killer whales are up on our encounters map from Feb 27, 2025. We spent some time with three of the T46 siblings as they hunted a porpoise. We heard that their brother T46D was separated from them but was not too far away so we went to collect photo ID’s of him as well!

Just look at how we view hoodies. On Mark Zuckerberg, the hoodie is a symbol of whiz kid meritocracy breaking norms and developing the New Economy. On people like Trayvon Martin, the hoodie is sometimes seen as proof of criminality. Again, it's about the bodies beneath the clothes.

The answer to whether Biden's presidency will be considered a failure or if history will pass a kinder judgment is that it absolutely does not matter and you need to get out of the loser mindset of things like being vindicated by "history." Politics is about power and outcomes. It's not a TV show.
