Difficult as #Farage is the party. How would it be if #Tice, #Pochin, #Anderson, #Kruger, became leader. Perhaps a call to #Jenrick might be in order.

The pressure keeps mounting on Farage.

At what point does he become a liability to his party?

f RR is forced to resign after what appears to be a genuine mistake, overhyped by a critical media, then beware other MPs whose every move will be scrutinised by an aggressive press. There will come a time when nobody of quality and integrity will stand for Parliament
Here we have it, Rachel Reeves Estate agent has made a statement apologising for their error.

The licence was supposed to be being applied for by them but due to circumstances including the sudden resignation of the property manager it never happened.

Rachel Reeves is innocent.

Poor Kemi.
New - Harvey & Wheeler, the estate agents used by Rachel Reeves to rent out her property have apologised for an "oversight" after they did not apply for a licence on her behalf, having offered to do so.

I have just seen a brilliant and touching tribute to the wonderful Prunella Scales on BBC 1 o'clock news. With Timothy West, they were a magnificent , talented and happy couple

🚨 Starmer’s New Spin:

Starmer will blame Farage and Brexit for looming tax hikes and hopes people won’t notice that he hasn’t spent a year doubling down on the same failed Brexit economics.

Starmer is merely repeating Brexit lies, trying to make Brexit work by selling Britain off cheap.

I suggest there'll be fewer tomorrow. Reform must have a couple of Tory MPs defecting to them tomorrow to upstage Badenoch' speech
Kemi Badenoch asked about the low turnout at Conservative Party conference describes it as "teeming" with members

It seems some companies want to use technology without making it easily accessible. I'm currently having problems with an insurance company who will only work with AI and provide no opportunity to actually talk to someone when your online account crashes
Was looking for cooking instructions on a prepared meal (literally: "cook at 350 for 20 min" level instructions). Instead they had QR code on package with "scan for cooking instructions!" It led to a web page with instructions for two dozen prepared meals, none of which was the one I was preparing.

That's certainly not the trend I saw on Question Time last night. More of Richard Tice, please. That will change some minds
Farage letting one poll go to his head but how many people were actually polled to show this result?

Next general election is four years away, there is an extremely slim chance of Reform getting power

The only good thing about this is Tories drop lower then Lib Dem’s

Incredible audience response tonight. Where were the Reform supporters? Is this the start of the turning of the tide? Lightweight Tice did his cause no justice
Richard Tice, "We've already got 80 sharia courts in the UK"

Billy Bragg, "There are also Jewish courts as well, thats part of their religion. We as a tolerant nation accept that"

"To demonise, particularly the Muslims, is the sort of thing we worry about Reform UK"

Lib Dems focusing on online protection for children today. Obviously not much of interest to BBC and SKY. The future safety of our children is not seen by them as important, but the establishment of Farage in No 10 is seems to be their mission. Connection between the two themes? It has to be Musk
Farage talking out of his arse yet again at another press conference that gets endless coverage, meanwhile other parties like Lib Dem’s get no coverage at their press conferences.

Watching Kuenssberg on BBC today, she might have hit on the right approach with Farage. Simple, just challenge him on his personal finances. He clearly gets rattled and it doesn't take much to do it
Farage may actually be telling the truth here. But not for the reasons stated

He wants to be the face of Reform. He adores the limelight, opportunities & the power it brings- Boris Johnson would dominate the media fascination & would steal that from him
“We certainly would not welcome Boris Johnson – that’s never going to happen. He threw open our borders. The Boris wave, which is millions & millions of non-EU migrants flooding into the country post-Brexit, betrayed every single person that voted Brexit."
Really?

Just watched The Thursday Murder Club on Netflix. Still a bit contrived, like the book, but a stellar cast, some of whom popped up without expectation. Jonathan Pryce excels, as usual, as the husband who drifts in and out of dementia. Suspended disbelief for two hours and was happy to do so
