Jeffries: The constitution requires the president has the responsibility to take care that the laws are faithfully executed. Spending agreements passed through the appropriations process are law. When those laws are violated, the constitution has been violated.

I'm an ~extremely~ nervous flyer, and I knew that I would (eventually) become even more nervous about flying as the Trump admin undermined the regulatory state & administrators.
