Thousands of members of the Canadian Armed Forces are spending Christmas away from home – standing on guard for our freedoms, and those of our allies.

In this increasingly dangerous and divided world, we are ever more grateful for your service and sacrifice. Merry Christmas.

Today, we remember the fourteen young women whose lives were stolen at Polytechnique Montréal 36 years ago.

Their names are a solemn reminder of the devastating toll of gender-based violence — and the responsibility that comes with our remembrance.

Today, we honour the service of the brave women and men who answered the call.

Those who sacrificed years away from loved ones, those who returned from combat forever changed, and those who never came home — the veterans who served in the Canadian Armed Forces.

Politics is ultimately about policies that impact people and elevate their quality of life, transforming the conditions of society. Your vision makes that impact felt, and your hard work is truly appreciated.
Since Canada’s new government cut tolls on the Confederation Bridge from $50 to $20, and cut fares on all interprovincial ferries in Atlantic Canada, usage has gone up by 25%.

Q: Where is Danielle Smith with Alberta separation? Can the rest of Canada stop worrying about this BS?

A: Who the fuck knows? There’s rumours she might call a snap election.

Love how @bonniecritchley.bsky.social tells it like it is #cdnpoli #ABpoli 🇨🇦

All this is happening because the White House has refused to act instead it blames all this to previous administration. The atrocities against Ukraine ,Gaza are unbearable and the world needs bold leaders to act
Overnight, Russian drones violated Polish, and NATO, airspace during an attack against Ukraine. Yet another horrendous example of Putin’s refusal to seek peace.

Canada stands in full solidarity with Poland and Ukraine. We continue to call on Russia to put an end to its unjustified and illegal war.

You nailed it. PP was never popular. The CPC don't get it. They keep talking about their record seat count (which didn't include their leader), the vote share (The Liberals also got a record amount of votes). No reflection or soul searching
