I work with several trans (men) and non binary folks. I believe that they’re all gay and with other trans men, and that there isn’t much odd for anyone in that. But I don’t know much, just a 47 cis dude with a gay daughter that likes to make space for people. Thanks for the enlightening convo

Dismantling a barn. These folks are so badass, learning a ton and are super happy as we help them build some solid skills. We’ll be running the program again next year too it seems!

Cis guy here, answering for some friends. We just ran a timber frame apprenticeship program in VT and 2/4 folks were trans, one non binary and one young woman. 1/3 of us instructors is trans as well. One of our folks now have a job in the field and the other three have joined us for another gig
