Per the Helsinki Accords, which Ukraine and Russia are both party to thru the USSR's signing, European Countries are free to choose their own alliances.
In simple terms, Russia agreed it cannot dictate another nation's alliances. Including Ukraine's.

According to the SAVE Act, the only acceptable proof of US Citizenship will be a Passport, or a Birth Certificate that has the same name as your voter registration. Every person whom has ever changed their name will be disenfranchised.
