I think this might be a case where life imitates art or tries to but failed in the naming department because the guys name is Anthony Perkins not Norman Bates.
A man has been arrested after he threatened to shoot up a church in Faulkner County on Sunday.

After a medical evaluation, Perkins was taken to the Faulkner County Detention Center. He is being held on charges of first-degree terroristic threatening, which is a class D felony in Arkansas.

Conway, Arkansas Police confirm an arrest warrant has been issued for a 65yr old Conway doctor Guy Langley Peeples on allegations of sexual assault that occurred Nov. 10 at a Baptist Health in Conway.

US Marshals, list him as an international flight risk.

What better reminder after a Faulkner County Quorum Court meeting where the County Library's budget is threatened by the former state senator Jason Rapert due to his hate for LGBTQ people & apparently the library, which spent zero tax dollars to advertise at a Pride Event.
