It’s a damnnnn shame that in my retirement I have to postpone my travel plans because we don't know if the wannabe dictator will declare Martial Law, shut down the border, and prevent everyone outside the country from re-entering because they pose a risk to his dictatorship. Where's Congress?

The President of the United States is utterly out of control and possibly out of his mind, and only the Supreme Court of the United States can deliver the absolutely vicious permanent slapdown this moment requires.

The fact that #SCOTUS hasn't yet ruled in Abrego Garcia isn't proof of *how* the justices are going to rule.
But the longer it takes, the more it suggests that there isn't a majority of the Court who views this dispute with the same *urgency* that so many of us do. And that's a problem unto itself.
