Introductions! I’m Lauren, 40+ from the UK. I enjoy cats, crafting, ttrpgs and now LARP as well as binge watching TV shows I’ve watched a million times. I also like picking up heavy things at the gym and putting them down again and when I’m not trying to organise my life walks and hikes!

I have managed to expertly schedule appointments today with just the right time between to avoid too much procrastination
It was a happy accident not deliberate lol
But psych said I should try a higher dose of the ADHD meds so doing that post surgery 💪🏻

Day off today and I have done a support call for neurodiversity to help get stuff in place for work, gone to the tip, had a big charity collection picked up! Time for rest! Oh I also started some DIY!
