Listen,I get it,I was an HP kid too. That shit was my first hyperfixation,it took over my whole life. But you know what I did when I found out the creator was a TERFy pos?I stopped supporting it! It’s that easy, trust me. The books really aren’t even that good. I promise you’ll find something better.

Anyone else feel super uncomfortable with the amount of AI that's being shoved down our throats at the moment? I feel like everything has an AI feature now and we can rarely opt out

Just a message to producers or editors that I'm a disabled journalist and campaigner and I'm available to write, comment and speak about the following things:

- Benefit reforms
- the eventual disability green paper
- the assisted dying bill

‘We did it!’

We’re immensely pleased to feature a guest blog from Jemima Elliott of the #StopRosebank campaign after their recent court victory, defeating the Rosebank and Jackdaw oil and gas fields in the courts.

In January, @stopcambo.bsky.social and @greenpeaceuk.bsky.social defeated Rosebank in court.

This is a MASSIVE win for the climate movement.

For @lighthousebks.bsky.social (one of my fave bookshops!) I wrote about our win, what it means, & our next steps.

Every time you don't buy a book from Amazon, but use a good indie store who actually values the sale & treats you & your purchase with respect, the sun shines brighter, floofy puppies gambol in fresher grass, & Jeff Bezos's piles sting for just a biiiit longer.

Sounds GREAT to me.

Buy independent.

Infrastructure projects should be spread across the country. I feel so much pressure to move to London. It feels like all the jobs are based there. But I don't want to live in London, I want to stay up North. Can we have better intra-North rail connections rather than another Heathrow runway?

A HUGE VICTORY FOR CLIMATE!

Thinking back to when I was sat at home sobbing at the news that the Jackdaw gas field has been approved, and the numbness I felt when Rosebank was approved. But now both projects are officially unlawful.

I BELIEVE THAT WE WILL WIN 🎉🎉🎉
BREAKING 🚨: WE WON OUR CASE AGAINST ROSEBANK.

The court has ruled the oil field UNLAWFUL and Rosebank’s approval has been overturned.

This is a monumental victory in the fight for a liveable future for all.

Trying to do the maths on how a new airport runway is actually good for the environment 🤔

For those who might be unaware or just getting a library card: libraries are for more than just books! Many have a Library of Things with a variety of tools & equipment you can check out. Bike pumps, sewing machines, yard games, even power drills, for hobbies & home needs. #booksky

if a guy tells you you're 'too nice' to staff serving you in restaurants and cafes, or that you 'don't always have to tip' - dump him
