Prosecutors will not bring criminal charges against sheriff’s officers who wrestled a Black man out of a car during a traffic stop and punched him multiple times, the local sheriff said Monday.

My heart is shattered for the Filipino community after the horrific attack at the Lapu-Lapu Festival tonight. After a day of so much joy and community, to have violence be the last word is impossible.
