PLAINTIFF'S WIN!!

Judge Young rules that the NIH grant terminations at issue in these cases are illegal and therefore vacated. BOOM!
"This Court rules that the challenged directives . . . are arbitrary and capricious."

"They are of no force and effect."

The continuing PRC-ization of the US.

When I was a student in the PRC in the 1980s we assumed our mail was read and our movements were watched. We were alert to possibility of visa revocation.

Peter David was one of the most influential comic writers of the 80s and 90s. His Hulk run, lasting 12 years, is an unbelievable accomplishment, but his work on Aquaman, Supergirl, and Spider-Man 2099 shouldn't be ignored.
A giant in the industry who should never be forgotten.
Peter David's wife is reporting that he passed away last night.

A versatile writer of comics and prose who adapted well to many characters, he had been having severe health issues for a while.

I am glad that he was around, and wish the best to those who knew him.

BREAKING: We just won a nationwide preliminary injunction from the court to force Trump to restore NIH funding in both blue AND red states while we move forward with our lawsuit.

We won't let this administration play politics with public health.
