Bright red, barely anything left in the tank, but HAPPY. Longest run of the year so far - only 4k but very happy with that. If you need motivation or a sign that you should do something active today - this is it.

Hope I'm not too late to wish everyone a happy #Caturday

Please enjoy this Spot the Difference photo of my orange cat.

Same cat, same washing machine, approx 1 year apart.

Happy #Caturday

Apparently this shower isn't big enough for the both of them, but I quite often find one or the other sat in it.

And wet footprints leading from the shower 👣

Again- Musk’s X posts are so deranged that everyone should be writing to their MPs

…expressing concern that Musk is engaged in a disinformation campaign against the UK government - attempting to foment civil unrest in the UK and endanger the safety of politicians.

Elon Musk is starting to risk getting Jess Phillips killed. She's been safeguarding minister for six months. She oversaw nothing relating to the rape gangs. As an opposition MP she was one of the most prominent campaigners for the victims.

What he's doing is a travesty.

And so it begins…

You can’t appease these people. They only respond to decisive limits. Don’t implement them and they’ll take the piss.

We are already in a democratic recession.

Labour’s inaction won’t just screw them, it’ll screw us all. Our elections will be bought.

I restarted the Couch to 5k recently and although I always find running a struggle, there were 2 lovely things about this morning's run:
1. This view across the frozen lake
2. That I ran "with" my sister this morning even though she's 200 miles away.

Two stages of writing:

1) This shouldn't take too long
2) Oh no

Sunday thoughts: freedom is knowledge, and knowledge is education.

Some messages shared on the bird app that resonated with me.

I'm very worried about the state of education in Wales and the apparent lack of awareness from Labour.

There's a fantastic art exhibition in Queen Street Gallery in Neath at the moment, showing the Art of Independence - what independence means to people, to their community and to Wales.

It's on until Saturday 30th November, and has come about from a competition run by Yes Cymru Pen Y Bont ar Ogwr.

For my first post I wanted to share this beautiful sunset that I snapped over Cardiff Bay on Wednesday evening.

It's a reminder of how lucky I am to work in such a beautiful location.
