Thanksgiving @my gf's place and she was gonna just toss the chickens so home they came. Boiled down, separated. Skin and mushy bits pureed into a 1L for a ramen or w/e. Rest halved - 1/2 plain and canning it now, rest with veg on hand (parsnip, sw potato, onion)
