I think the point is that asking who *is* unsafe is clarifying because white people often say they *feel* unsafe bc, for example, they saw a Black person in public

Sounds right? My memory is not good enough to hold all the details of democrats fucking over their nominal constituents so I just assume the worst of all of them. I'll make exceptions for decency when they surface

I started with the show then listened to the audiobooks. They're both great, but the books also continue after the show, and where they go with it is extremely well done – manages to bring it all to a satisfying conclusion imo, which is no easy feat
