In 1890, the X and Y chromosomes were discovered. It was found that the men who were tested had 46 chromosomes, including an X and a Y, while women who were tested also had 46 chromosomes, including 2 X chromosomes.
So obviously the conclusion was that the Y chromosome defined masculinity.

Great Viz! And curiously the route to Portugal from Europe is clearly marked, higher than any other routes. Maybe an effect on data bias? (I would expect a line in the Camino de Santiago at least)

Me encanta la gestión de los bloqueos mediante listas de moderación en Bluesky. Entro en un Post de @la-ser.extwitter.link donde pone que hay 20 respuestas y solo veo 11 😁
