Christianity absolutely requires you to welcome immigrants.

No exceptions.

No “if they follow the law.”

No “if they contribute economically.”

No exceptions. Welcome them. Treat them as a citizen. Love them.

Even on those workdays where everything seems like a cluster tr(f)uck, it still is 1000% times better now with this employer than it ever was at the previous employer. The difference - current employer has mgmt that actually cares about their employees workload.

I paid $15 for a can of coffee today, which comparatively would have cost half that last year at this time. Tariffs are taxes the consumer pays.

So exhausting to be patient with my chronically ill hubs some days. Today was a chance to approach that challenge again. I think it went well. But man, it's exhausting.

A word in the English language, such as the word "affordability", is not a made up word regardless of what that orange idiot in the Oval claims. He doesn't care if anything is affordable to the average American. He never has and he never will. SHAMEFUL!

I'd love to vent and rant about my coworkers today but realize that will only add negativity to a day that doesn't need anymore negativity. The Landers curse haunts me; unspoken anger that manifests, brews and bubbles over into frustration over the smallest inconveniences.

What angers me to the bottom of my soul is this was all information readily available in 2015. He has always been morally bankrupt and always will be. He should have ridden the escalator down, the whole world laughed and that would have been the end of this nightmare.

‪If we had believed children and women, none of this would be happening.

Food insecurity is ALWAYS a political choice. Famine is ALWAYS manmade. People go hungry because of other people’s decisions. We have more than enough food for everyone, and enormous amounts of it are wasted—literally thrown in the garbage—on purpose.

Landlord is looking to up my rent in this 2 bed, 1 bath, 859 sq ft home - from $1300/mo. to $$1500/mo. in January. Just because. No mortgage on the property and prop taxes are under $4k/annual. It's pure greed. Housing market for SFH rentals in my area is ridiculous. No talking sense to this guy.

Someone somewhere has access to the unredacted unexpurgated Epstein Files, and they could basically save the world if they leaked them right now.
Because as it is, we’re destroying western democracy to avoid confronting the distinct possibility that the President of the US is a child rapist.

If the right *truly* believed Charlie Kirk was a defender of free speech and someone who was fine with dissenting opinions, they wouldn't be engaged in a massive campaign to punish anyone who didn't "mourn him properly."

They clearly know all of that is bullshit. Only the media was conned.

The US president trafficked & raped underage girls, the evidence is overwhelming, everyone knows it, and this country's elites & institutions are so broken, so insular, so decadent that we can't even bring ourselves to state it clearly, much less do anything about it.

Contemptible & pathetic.

My local Wal-Mart is obviously managed improperly. SSD drops early when 1st falls on a holiday. These dummies either can't or don't schedule cashiers to take care of the shoppers who rely on SSD $ to buy.

Just my personal opinion - your 10 year old child that you brought to work today, while cute, is a huge distraction to your coworkers and you really should have planned better.

It’s all about sending a message. The raid is the message. It’s all about retribution. He is the retribution president. As with troops on our streets, it’s all about normalizing fascism. This is fascism. Fascism is here. Too many Americans are too “busy” to care. But it’s here.

Last night I had some very horrible vivid dreams. There was a sinister pedophile stalking underage victims. I was trying to warn them all. No one would listen. Then I walked into my home and he was there waiting for me.
As a child SA survivor, this was a nightmare. The fear was visceral.

Egg prices might be down, but ground coffee is much more expensive thanks to Butthole chump. Same size can I would buy at Aldi, last year, for $8 is now $16! Tariffs made this price jump. I was able to cut back on eggs, but coffee? I see more office coffee in my future, less home brewed.

You know that dumb insurance company that uses "acting like your parents" like a curse or reason for being unpopular. I am keenly aware of when I'm acting like my Dad. But, then...the tv ad never portrays someone being a judgmental a-hole? Maybe it is a curse. Or reason for being unpopular.
