So it. Republican Senator for Alaska spoke out - meaninglessly ofc but she did - because the pushback on states for funding SNAP applies from their own budgets and applies retroactively to states that paid prior to the Friday ruling. He wants it retroactively illegal.
Call your senators. I don’t care if they’re Republicans, or if a deal has already been reached. Call them anyway, and let them know exactly what you think of what’s happening. Don’t give them a moment’s peace to forget the blood on their hands.

I love my home now, but my heart aches for those memories. The desert is also pretty.

Elizabeth is such a cool human being. I love her, but I like her independently of that, too. She's witty, she sees things I don't, she expects me to follow the rules of the house (and I agree with her), she cares about people, and she's thoughtful. She still gives me a hug and kiss goodnight.

Been needing oxygen again lately. I'm so tired without it. I wonder if I caught the Covid spike around. I have an appt tomorrow with my new PCP. He's plenty good and takes me seriously.
I haven't regained the weight. He does give the Paxlovid alternative; Paxlovid and buspirone are contraindicated.
