Today, I joined the Mayor of Accra to announce the first partner memorial to Victims of Transatlantic Slavery. This historic artwork will connect to the landmark memorial we’re creating in London.

Now, more than ever, we must confront these difficult parts of our history.

Great to see the long neglected pavements on Edgware Road in Cricklewood being relaid. This is part of the £97M Barnet Council investment in roads and pavements under a Labour administration.

We’re cleaning the mess the Conservatives left.

Very sad and angry to hear about the horrific attacks on Muslim graves at Carpenders Park Cemetary.

I’ve heard from neighbours and constituents today about their family members buried there.

This is under investigation by Hertfordshire police.
