#ME/CFS teaches you crazy things about yourself. It took 8 years to stop pushing myself till I was sick to do things I hated, didn’t want to do & didn’t really need to do but felt I ought to. Now I do things I actually need to do in a sustainable way & only make myself sick overdoing things I love😂
