Can we not try and skip the baby steps - why not give us *the option* of receiving physical ID cards first? Some of us would really appreciate them...
I am opposed to mandatory digital ID - people should be able to go about their daily lives without such infringements.
That aside, by calling it BritCard, the Prime Minister seems to be attempting to force every Scot to declare ourselves British.

I think this is the closest many of us have ever got to seeing the real Trump. The only consistent thread in his entire unhinged rant was the love & praise for Vladimir Putin. Zelensky has more courage & dignity in his little finger than every member of Trump's regime & fan club combined.
