Did some ‘gardening’ this weekend. Minimal this year bc new baby due end of July. When we had my first we had a TON of deck plants that got neglected 🥲 but we planted tomatoes, bell pepper, jalapeño, basil and cilantro 🌱

The "bluesky is an echo chamber" think pieces that keep popping up really tickle me because they show how certain people genuinely believe social media should be for debating and arguing and not talking about the things that make you happy and sharing art with the world.

thread. caring about what buildings look like is not some zero-sum opposite to an interest in housing affordability and density. we can have and deserve good buildings that are affordable and abundant.
I see a lot of anti architecture takes from real estate people and I’m sorry the exterior is how 90% of people interact with your building plus it leaves a lasting impact on the urban fabric as it changes over time. It’s actually very important!
