Words of wisdom, but they only apply if you are not already drunk when writing code.

It must be the case. I had worse quality of life only when developing in JavaScript, both languages are based on "everything is a mutable pile of key-value pairs", which definitely is hard to manipulate for an IDE.

Indeed, in my case it didn't even have to handle weird inheritance naming clashes.

I wanted to rename "my_module.py" to "MyModule.py" and simply update every "from my_module import stuff". The IDE didn't even bother checking for usage in the same directory.

This ordeal is going to end like Tommy Wiseau's movie The Room, and for all the same reasons. Hopefully it will at least get the same "it's so bad it is good" outcome as well, to recover part of the money.

I don't think so. Later I discovered they also went the extra mile of paying a typographer for a "professional print", because their home inkjet's 300dpi were not enough.
A 5 minutes Google search (or letting months of arguments with multiple people sink in), would have been easier.

They can't count to 3, it's beyond their technical specs.

I didn't ask her number, but if you help with the identification, I may manage to arrange something.

It tasted like successfully restoring an old backup Monday at dawn, after pushing a critical bug to production on Friday night. Relieved by the outcome, but it should have never happened in the first place.

Era commestibile, e tutto sommato ha recuperato qualcosa che avrei buttato. Ma non la servirei a ospiti.

Any chance for a map of Europe (or northern Asia, don't want to be selfish asking only for myself)?
