Dopo circa un anno di prove con miscele e procedimenti diversi, ho finalmente calibrato quasi tutte le variabili (manca la quantità di acqua, che sputtanerà tutto il resto) per un espresso decente.

Kitchen sink classes should be illegal in general.
But they become especially problematic to clean up when they've been on a stale branch which diverged from main 9 months ago, and you can't even test them for intended behavior.

L'area geografica è Sicilia nord occidentale, 700m slm, zona boschiva.
È il terzo che incontro in una ventina di anni e la casa è stata completamente ristrutturata, quindi erano esemplari diversi di una specie endemica.
