Though on the other hand i think it's kind of cool that A Rotten Girl managed to replicate its own conditions on a meta level by showing you people in real life reacting exactly how they do in the book.

It is messed up to me that the book textually tells you not to be the judge of what a trans girl deserves, and people with humongous followings who ostensibly reivew books on a regular basis do *exactly that* instead.
This is not even failing at analysis, it is about reading comprehension.
