Important to understand the Epstein stuff and the fascism and the corruption are, in a lot of ways, really all the same story from different angles: powerful men who can and do abuse vulnerable people around them because they can, and because systems of elite accountability catastrophically failed

Hey so “underage girls” are…children. The word you’re looking for is children. They’re not like, women-in-waiting or women-lite or whatever. They’re children. I think some of you are very uncomfortable with what that means for you but it is still true.

in 40 days open enrollment will have ended and those of us that can no longer afford insurance will be already uncovered. why you would open things up for consideration on this premise is bonkers.

The average SNAP benefit per month is $177 a person.

The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.

the president starving humans (big and littles) that live in this country to score political points would be disqualifying and impeachable in any other timeline in the multiverse.

The lengths this administration will go to starve people is really unprecedented.
BREAKING: DOJ goes to SCOTUS trying to stop a district court order that USDA pay out full SNAP benefits this month.

The First Circuit denied an administrative stay, but has not yet ruled on the stay request. And, CNN reported that USDA is already processing payments.

DOJ went to SCOTUS anyway.

wanting to feed people should not and is not a radical idea. it is respecting humanity at its basest level. they are okay with families starving because it impacts them directly not a single bit.

the first time around, he had a global history-making pandemic that he could point the finger at. this time around, the economic collapse is 100% his own making. why folks weren’t willing to see that his “successful biz man“ identity is 100% grift is beyond me.

So maybe it’s not that everyone using LLMs gets dumber (I think there are good uses for them, personally) it’s that the kind of people who are satisfied by the answers they get from an LLM probably aren’t thinking too critically to begin with.

Not sure how surveys will account for this!
