Even if it doesn't go on a model, it can make a good basing bit! Even out of scale, as these 10mm WW2 soldiers got put oonto a 2mm? church. I've used industrial pipes on Battletech minis.
But I don't have a big collection yet, so I love that my LGS sells bits by-the-bag from nicely organized jars.

Finished seal-coating some models yesterday and this is my favorite of the batch, a Loot Golem made of coins and gemstones. The kind of monster one can build a one-shot around, and I'm really tempted.
