I was unaware Oklahoma had a special carve out for "mutual combat." Oh wait. They don't. The only states with laws permitting it as a defense are Texas and Washington, and even there it requires consent, something minors cannot give. So this is just garden variety abuse of power. Cool, cool, cool.
