The parts of Build Back Better blocked by the Senate were those which would have directly benefited working people:

- Paid + Family Leave
- Child Tax Credit
- Universal pre-K
- $15 minimum wage

Instead, Bidenomics was all indirect and through the market:

- CHIPS
- IRA
- Infrastructure
