There's supposed to be a filing somewhere, based on this footnote on page 2, I think.
1. Because Wright has pursued claims based on statements immunized from tort liability under Virginia's Anti-SLAPP (strategic lawsuits against public participation) statute, Va. Code § 8.01-223.2, Ms. Landry is filing simultaneously herewith a plea in bar and counterclaim for dismissal of this action and recovery of her fees and costs.
