I’m excited to share our new paper in mAbs!

We engineered pH-dependent antibodies without histidine “doping,” showing the light chain controls pH sensitivity by modulating water access.

New research article where we use consensus #toxins as #antigens for discovery of #nanobodies, showcasing this with short-chain alpha-neurotoxins from snakes - notoriously difficult to discover antibodies against.
