I wanted to do more book content this year but, I never did. It is perhaps the lack of energy and the amount of effort it takes to make content. I still want to but, I am to considerate of where I put my leftover energy.

I get a greater sense of accomplishment when I do 30 mins of strength training & walk a mile all before 7AM.
I am so proud of myself for having a consistent workout habit for 2 years now. At first, I only did strength training. As of recently, I started adding elevated speed walking to my routine.
