Awesome! I started pretty small and slow. I started with 5 weight dumbbells and then 10. Now for arms, I consistently do 12 or 15 pound dumbbells. For legs, I consistently do 15 or 20 pound dumbbells. For abs, I do 20 pound dumbbells. I only workout in my living room with YouTube videos.
