In the darker moments, I've thought that he must have a personality disorder. I've never seen an adult behave the way he behaves. Narcissism, BPD, bipolar, even autism. Sociopathy. Extreme avoidant.
But that makes me feel guilty, like I just didn't try hard enough to love a broken person.
