pretty sure an MRI isn't something you can "win" or "be amazing" at.
like you aren't winning or in an amazing condition if you are getting an MRI to begin with?

egregiously prohibitive property taxes would fix the housing 'crisis' pretty quickly!
you can have like 2 with normal property taxes. but a 3rd? maybe a bit acceptable— so a mere 10% rate. a 4th or 5th or more? were talking 50% / 100% / 200%. just absurd rates. should probably sell those extras? 🤷♂️

i was dewalt for awhile but realized with cheap dewalt battery adapter i could get the cheaper ryobi tools for tools i know will get limited use.
did that for awhile and learned the ryobi stuff is perfectly acceptable in general. like my 15g dewalt finisher isn't twice as good as my 18g ryobi.

and maybe rethink the entire project as i highly doubt those stakes are remotely the correct thing to be using for whatever this nonsense project is.

as a recent puppy-getter myself i suspect something like that. just that this might be the dumbest most incorrect possible solution. materials. tools. everything seems wrong if that is the problem he is trying to correct.

pretty sure nails aren't even the best fastener to even be using on whatever the hell this project is. failure before even starting.
