"The courts will not save us"... we're in our "trust me, bro" era.
It's not that courts won't save us, it's that they *can't.* What Trump and Musk are doing are somewhat beyond what a branch of government with no enforcement power can stop.
The court orders are important, but they will never be enough.

In light of today’s governmental warnings about alcohol causing cancer: “…as the evidence was becoming clear that women are disproportionately vulnerable to alcohol’s cancer risks, the industry mounted a campaign to get them to drink even more.“
Drinking may have given me cancer. The alcohol industry has worked hard to downplay it.
The science is clear that alcohol raises the risk of breast cancer, but boozemakers have downplayed the link.

Through my activism, I’ve realized it’s organizing, not public protesting, that forces lawmakers to act. So I’m not alarmed that people aren’t in the streets (yet). The most effective resistance isn’t en masse, but underground—and it starts in communities.
