Drop is a really good movie that you should see if you enjoy thrillers and films by Christopher Landon. Happy Death Day (and sequel) were really fun movies. Freaky was incredible (and I want a sequel) but Drop stands out on a whole other level. It is Red Eye with more suspense and I want more.

How did you pick your username?
I started out on Xbox as a (1), but it eventually came time to have my own account. Decided to name it after a song from a local band I loved (and was my 1st concert) that came on shuffle while deliberating, and it stuck.

like we really need to teach people how to be able to step back and say “oh wow, okay, I was manipulated into an emotional response, and I still feel those feelings but I need to be able to look at them critically because they aren’t based in fact”

one reason people don’t back down after being fact-checked on a post is that if they RT’d after having an emotional reaction, then those emotions are still activated, irrespective of facts. we can’t un-feel feelings! it takes a VERY HIGH level of emotional literacy to self-examine after new data
These two posts sum up the issue of misinformation in the age of social media and hyper-partisan politics pretty well.
There comes a point when posting false content doesn't even matter, so long as it confirms your worldview and elicits the approval of your side.
