Make sure they're all plugged in to graphics card ports, not the (useless) mobo HDMI. Definitely update BIOS if you haven't yet. That tends to fix a lot of weirdness like that.

I got one through CLX a few months ago, and I've been really happy with it so far. I appreciated the very detailed updates on the build/shipping process and their support was very responsive and helpful when I needed to reach out to them a couple of times.
