I highly recommend The Fairbanks Four by Brian O'Donoghue, He details how college journalism students eviscerated the state's case. The four of them never would have been exonerated without what Brian and his students did.

Did anyone watch the new Superman movie and feel confused about the portrayal of women in it? How was 1978's better than what I just watched? Am I losing my mind? Reading all the reviews, not a thing. I need a guide to walk me through this stuff.

I’m in England, in a field of Barley. Today, I’m going to collect wild yeast under that tree back there, and I’m going to show how to feed and grow it until it’s ready to bake with. We are going to start at the very beginning, and end at the end.

It is remarkable that the west is committing to spending 5% of GDP on defence, and almost no one has made the case that the most pressing threat to our security this century is climate change and we should be spending more on tackling that.

"When America flinches — issuing threats to Moscow it won’t enforce and promises to Ukraine it won’t keep — this kind of weakness destroys all prospects of peace and prolongs the carnage and stains our national honor."
The ongoing and escalating slaughter of Ukrainian civilians depends on two preconditions: Moscow’s determination to erase Ukraine, and the tacit permission it receives from America and Europe, writes Andrew Chakhoyan, academic director at the University of Amsterdam, in his recent op-ed.
