Hello Bluesky people.
My first post, and I can think of no better message to everyone than this one, from Bertrand Russell in 1959. Enjoy.

Just some British patriots in Benidorm, taking over a street in Spain to shout in their own language about unwanted foreigners. It’s a blessing that they are too thick to understand irony.

Farage, Boris Johnson & Rees-Mogg apparently plotting assaults on UK democracy with Bannon, who was reporting back to Epstein. Nothing to see here, newspaper folk…

A whole year earlier, messages were exchanged between Bannon and Epstein about Brexit mentioning Farage, and a few other Tories who had “no balls”.

‘he [Steve Bannon] spoke at the Oxford Union, Bannon texted Epstein: "I've gotten pulled into the Brexit thing this morning with Nigel, Boris and Rees Mogg."

Other emails released show Epstein was interested Brexit, and that he had been talking to the Russians about Trump.

The mainstream media — an integral part of the ‘fifth column’ — chooses what people talk about, and what they get angry about.

It is in its interests to beat down Labour and promote Farage, because he is one of them.
‘Using almost a decade of data since the referendum…
estimates suggest that by 2025, Brexit had reduced UK GDP by 6% to 8% with the impact accumulating gradually over time.’

Farage, the Tories, and Putin did this.

Yet the media want people to be angry at Labour for not breaking their manifesto.

What would bring Farage & Co. down?

Thoughts welcome.

Why did Labour’s Renters’ Rights Act ending no-fault evictions helping 11 million people get minimal media attention?

Easy…
1. The rich who control the media have property portfolios.
2. It shows Labour materially helping people.
3. It's not gossip.

The mainstream media doesn't serve the public.

Children’s TV nowadays?
‘Sooty, Sweep & Robby’ is my 4 year old granddaughter’s favourite programme.
She loves Sooty’s magic tricks, Sweep’s stupid jokes and Robby’s really silly speeches.

Suspect Farage will go to ground for a few days after the release of the emails sent by Epstein about Trump — one saying “he knew about the girls”, and another coordinating a quid pro quo with Russia.

To think, only yesterday Tory ghoul Rees-Mogg was on saying the Panorama editing of Trump’s speech was libellous.

Trump has far bigger things to deal with now.

If I were the new BBC DG dealing with the Trump Panorama edit, public distrust with impartiality, and value for money, I would;

Sack Chris Mason and Laura Kuenssberg (+ a few others) — their combined yearly salary is £675,000 alone.
Then I’d offer Trump 2x years worth or court.

I can only dream!

Meanwhile, the likes of Chris Mason and other such British hacks would have people believe Starmer is busy trying to save his job.
In fact, he’s actually just getting on with his job, and delivering positive results like this.
Tonight I had a good call with Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during which we discussed progress made and reiterated our commitment to our renewed agenda.

We have agreed to start negotiations on both the SPS and ETS agreements next week.
