Many of them are unwell. It's why this show works. They're not faking or calculated (like OC) - they are seriously unwell, and I love it. Meredith gives incredible moments. She's not my favorite, by far, but I hope she stays.

Look for good quality Italian pasta and eat small portions. Italian wheat is healthier and slow drying helps reduce sugar spikes. I will give up many things, but I will never give up pasta.
