Yesterday at the ER, a guy came in with dyspnoea after over a month without his chronic medication. Minutes later with chest pain. Heart markers positive.
Minutes later, his wife going through a miscarriage 😩

I'm very proud to be called a Tica (short for costarrican), even more to have graduated from the Universidad de Costa Rica, and this kind of achievement makes me even prouder 🇨🇷🇨🇷

A few days ago, a patient came in because of cough and dyspnoea. In the X-ray there was a big radiolucid mass, so I sent him to the hospital, trying to accelerate the process so he could get attention from a pneumologyst ASAP. (1/2)
