Blumenthal: They’ve exhausted the 120 days for Alina Habba, and so they’ve tried to make her acting US Attorney. But the statutes simply don’t authorize that. A judge has concluded she is without authority for any of the actions she’s taken. Everything she’s done could be challenged.

So, I did a thing. I accepted a nomination to be president of my very red township’s Democratic Club. Also became a municipal rep for my very red town district. If you think you can’t do it, or aren’t qualified, just go to a meeting. You are qualified. You can do it. Democracy is about us.
