Russia once again attacked Ukraine at night, with around 300 UAVs and up to 10 ballistic missiles, focusing the main strike on Kyiv. Hits were recorded in Chernihiv, Vyshhorod, Kharkiv, and the capital, where a private hospital was damaged. 1 person was killed, four more got wounded.

A 12-year-old has died from injuries sustained in the November 19 missile strike on Ternopil. Doctors fought for her life for 9 days. Her mother was killed in the same attack, and her sister remains hospitalized. The death toll from the strike has now risen to 35.
