Baseball is special (not to stereotype but I can see why Japan loves it). Trying to master the physics of the game requires so much focus and discipline e.g., Edman's error in prediction of the ground ball's dynamics. It changed the trajectory of the entire series for everyone. tinyurl.com/55a2cc56

Jokes aside I don't know why the government doesn't study the link between diphenhydramine and dementia symptoms in older adults (anticholinergic cognitive burden). How much exposure and when matters? It's shocking that it's not well understood and no one really knows about this.

Open problems are everywhere in life. For instance if I buy a sweatshirt and I love it then I won't wear it as much bc I don't want to wear it out. I end up wearing the sweatshirts I don't like much more. I'm going to stop shopping all together until I can figure this out.

The act of “signing” for anything is purely performative at this point. Like I have no idea what I just scribbled on that pad, I don’t even know what you’re comparing it to anymore and I probably can’t even convincingly even forge my own signature but sure let’s keep on doing this forever I guess
